• Post unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Interfere with or degrade Service performance.
• Access another user’s data without authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our software without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Quixess Social integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X).
By connecting your accounts, you authorize Quixess to access limited data necessary for posting, scheduling, and analytics, in accordance with each platform’s API terms.

You acknowledge:

• Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
• Quixess is not responsible for errors, outages, or policy changes from those platforms.

6. Subscription & Payment

Certain features require a paid subscription.

• Billing: Payments are processed securely via a third-party provider (e.g., Stripe).
• Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.
• Cancellations: You may cancel anytime through your account; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Pricing or plan changes may occur with prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including software, designs, logos, and branding, belongs exclusively to Quixess.

You retain ownership of your own content.
By uploading or posting via Quixess Social, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

We’ll notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
